Prayer Walk for Long Beach Schools

There is a need for breakthrough in our schools. Anxiety and depression in our kids continues to increase. Our teachers and school staff often face impossible circumstances. The disruption and continued economic uncertainty is still crippling many families. So what do we do?

We start with prayer. In the power of prayer lies the solutions that only God can bring.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Ephesians 6:12

Would you join us in praying for our Long Beach Schools?

Below is a map of 123 Schools in Long Beach we want to cover in a prayer walk by August 31st, before the beginning of the school year!

You can use the magnifying glass to enter the school name or your address and find the school(s) near you or your church to dedicate to a Prayer Walk.

Follow the Sign Up Link, enter the information and you will soon receive a suggested prayer guide and further instructions. This map will be updated as schools are covered in prayer.

  • A prayer walk is simply a way of praying for a place while walking. It can either be in one place, or you can circle the entire place while you pray. It helps our heart, mind, and body be present to the place we are asking God to bless, protect, and cover. It is best done with two or more people, but can be done alone as well.

At no point should anyone enter a school campus unless invited by staff. These prayer walks can be done outside the school (sidewalks) in public spaces.
